Wife MARGARETTA WAUGH, sons BROWN M., ENOCH L., JOHN W. W., 
and HOMER N. WAUGH, grdaus. MARY EMMA FULTZ FOSTER and PRUDY 
SMITH. Son Enoch L. Waugh, ex. 

Testator bequeaths to wife MARGARETTA WAUGH, all house- 
hold goods "which she brought with her at the time of her mar- 
riage," also money and bonds "which belong to her," also testa- 
tor's silver watch for life; ex. is to sell at public sale 6 a. 
of land bought from T. G. Farnsworth, the proceeds to be used 
for pmt. of debts and any remaining to be equally divided 
among sons BROWN M., ENOCH L., JOHN W. W., and HOMER N. WAUGH; 
ex. is to sell house and lot #89 in Buckhannon and from proceeds 
thereof to pay to grdau. PRUDY SMITH, $100, remainder of pro- 
ceeds of sale to grdau. MARY EMMA FULTZ FOSTER; upon death of 
sd. Margaretta property to be distributed as follows: to 
grdau. MARY EMMA FULTZ FOSTER, all bedding; to son BROWN M. 
WAUGH, "large, six-legged table"; to son ENOCH H., first choice 
of a table; to son JOHN W. W., second choice of a table; to 
son HOMER N., third choice of a table; to grdau. MARY EMMA 
PULTZ, wife of William A. POSTER, fourth choice of a table; 
to sons ENOCH L., and HOMER N., each 1 bookcase; to sd. MARY 
EMMA FULTZ POSTER, tin-doored safe; to grdau. PRUDY SMITH, 
dau. of Leah Smith, deceased, family Bible and Hymn book; to 
sons BROWN W., ENOCH L., HOMER N., and JOHN W. W., remainder 
of books; remainder of property to be sold and equally divid- 
ed among living children; after death of wife Margaretta, 
silver watch to son HOMER N., or, if he be dead, to ENOCH L. 
WAUGH.
