Wife SOPHIA A. WARD, sons WILLIS 0. B. WARD, JESSE C. 
WARD, MARTIN V. WARD, and NELSON R. WARD, daus. MELVINA HTNKLE, 
MARTHA A. LANCE, BARBARA E. RENOLS, grandsons C. S. WARD, 
LETCHER WARD, and JOHN WARD. Son Willis 0. B. Ward, Ephriam 
Snyder, Albert Zickefoose, exs. 

Testator desires pmt. of debts and funeral expenses; be- 
queaths to sons WILLIS 0. B. WARD and JESSE C. WARD, equal di- 
vision of the home farm, farming utensils, all carpenter and 
joining instruments, horses, cattle, sheep, hogs, with the ex- 
ception of 1 cow, all money in hand, and all notes due with 
the exception of one on James Wentz with provision that sd. 
sons "are to keep and maintain of the home farm as long as she 
remains a widow, wife SOPHIA S. WARD and see that she shall 
have the liberty of a bed and bedroom, the privilege and use 
of a riding beast, and a right to go and come as she pleases"; 
also to sd. SOPHIA S. WARD, 1 cow "whose productions shall be 
sold 6 months after birth"; to son MARTIN V. WARD, "remainder 
of borrowed money due testator"; to son NELSON R. WARD, $5; to 
MELVINA HINKLE, $5; to dau. MARTHA A. LANCE, §25; to dau. 
BARBARA E. RENOLS, $25; to grandsons C. S. WARD, LETCHER WARD, 
and JOHN WARD, $75 each; all bequests of money to be pd. from 
James Wentz note.
