28 Aug. 1871; 30 Nov. 1871. 

Wife LABANY, sons SANDUSKY, PETER JR., C-EORGS A., and 
RUFUS TENNEY, daus. BANEY ANN CURRENCE, BATHANEY JANE READ, and 
SARAH CATHERINE [TENNEY], other heirs not named. No ex. named. 

Testator desires pmt. of debts and funeral expenses; be- 
queaths to wife LABANY TENNEY, home farm for life use with 
privilege of selling 25 a. "along the line of Jonathan Tenney's 
land," proceeds of sd. sale to be divided among children and 
heirs at law of testator; also 1/2 of household and kitchen fur- 
niture, farm implements, and live stock; to son SANDUSKY TENNEY, 
1/2 of sd. furniture, implements, and stock; sd. Labany and 
Sandusky are to give to testator's dau. SARAH CATHERINE [TENNEY], 
1 cow, 4 sheep, 1 bed and bedding, also share in afsd. sale 
proceeds when she reaches 21; upon death of sd. Labany, home 
farm to son SANDUSKY TENNEY; to sons GEORGE A. TENNEY and 
RUFUS TENNEY, in addition to afsd. bequest, 1 horse for which 
they are to pay estate $15 each; to dau. BANEY ANN CURRENCE, 
in addition to afsd. bequest, $10; to dau. BATHANEY JAKE READ, 
in addition to afsd. bequest, $10.
