Apr. term, 1876. 

Wife CHARLOTTE, sons WILLIAM B., SAMUEL D., and JACOB J. 
SMALLRIDGE, daus. MARY ELIZABETH CRITES, NANCY JANE DOUGLAS, 
and MARGARET PHIPPS, heirs of PRISCILLA SMITH, deceased. No 
ex. named.

Testator bequeaths to wife CHARLOTTE SMALLRIDGE, $250, 
also all household and kitchen furniture, also "the west end" 
of the home during her life, also maintenance from son William 
B. Smallridge; to son JACOB J. SMALLRIDGE, $500 to consist of 
3 bonds given to testator, William B., and Samuel D. Smallridge 
by sd. Jacob J., and sufficient livestock to complete bequest; 
to dau. MARY ELIZABETH CRITES, livestock valued at $350; to 
dau. NANCY JANE DOUGLAS, 2 bonds executed by Henry M. Douglas 
and sufficient livestock to make total bequest of $250; to 
dau. MARGARET PHIPPS, $250 to include 3 bonds executed by 
George Phipps; to 3 heirs of testator's deceased dau. PRISCILLA 
SMITH, $33.33 1/3 each; to sons WILLIAM and SAMUEL D. SMALLRIDGE, 
equal division of realty and remaining personalty, sd. William 
to provide for parents.
