Wife MARGARET, MARY J. REGER (relationship not shown), grandchildren
LOUISA and CLINTON REGER, JEMIMA WOODS, ABRAM R. McCOY (relationship
not shown). Joshua Woods, ex.

Testator desires pmt. of debts and funeral expenses; bequeaths to wife
MARGARET REGER all household and kitchen furniture, one "horse beast,"
and 3 cows, also two tracts of land excepting 40 a. for lifetime;
property not otherwise bequeathed to be sold in Oct. 1870, proceeds
from sd. sale to be used for pmt. of debts, any remainder thereof to
sd. MARGARET REGER; to MARY J. REGER, afsd. 40 a. of land; upon death
of sd. Margaret Reger 80 a. of sd. land to grandchildren LOUISA and
CLINTON REGER, also on death of sd. MARGARET [MARY] J. REGER, her 40
a. bequest to sd. grandchildren; to JEMIMA WOODS and her heirs,
remainder of lands bequeathed to Margaret Reger and Mary J. Reger; to
ABRAM R. McCOY, colt and saddle on condition that he remain with
testator or wife until he reaches 21; to grandchildren (not named)
equal division of proceeds from sale of testator's land on east side
of Buckhannon River.
