Wife SUSAN, bro. JOHN, sons GEORGE, SIMEON, ALBERT, BURTON, GRANT, and
DAVID PHILLIPS, daus. ANNA HOUGHTON, and ELECTA PHILLIPS. No ex.
named.

Testator desires pmt. of legal debts; bequeaths to wife SUSAN, 1/3 of
realty and personalty for life use; to bro. JOHN PHILLIPS, undivided
share of land in Meade Tshp., formerly owned by Uriah Phillips dec'd
and purchased by him from heirs of John Hunt; to sons GEORGE and
ALBERT PHILLIPS, joint bequest of all remaining realty and personalty
in Meade Tshp., when sd. Albert reaches age of 20; after death of sd.
Susan her property with certain exceptions to sd. GEORGE and ALBERT;
also to sd. GEORGE and ALBERT, one colt; to sd. ALBERT, a colt to be
"produced by the black mare in season of 1870"; sd. George and Albert
to pay following bequests : to dau. ANNA HOUGHTON, $lOO to be pd. May
28, 1878; to son SIMEON PHILLIPS, $100 to be pd. May 28, 1879; to son
BURTON PHILLIPS, $100 to be pd. May 28, 1880; sd. Burton to have the
privilege of renting and superintending home farm for l/3 of products
until George and Albert take possession, 2/3 of products to be used
for maintenance of family; to dau. ELECTA [PHILLIPS], $100 to be pd.
May 28, 1881; to son GRANT PHILLIPS, $100 to be pd. May 28, 1882; to
son DAVID PHILLIPS, 8 a. of land between testator's and sd. David's
land.
