Wife not named, son THOMAS OWENS, dau. MARY OWENS. 
No ex. named. 

Testator bequeaths to dau. MARY OWENS, 1 heifer and 3 
sheep; to son THOMAS OWENS, remainder of personalty and all 
realty with provision that he care for testator's wife (not 
named) during her lifetime; if sd. Thomas does not carry out 
obligations, then testator's wife may claim 1/3 of realty, 1 
cow, 1 colt, and 1/2 of sheep for life use; sd. realty to sd. 
Thomas on death of testator's wife.
