Wife MALINDA, dau. E. JANE OURS. Wife Malinda Ours, ex. 

Testator bequeaths to wife MALINDA all personalty and realty for life
use with exception of one tract on Buckhannon Fork of Hackers Creek,
sd. tract to be sold and proceeds used for pmt. of debts; to dau. by
former marriage E. JANE OURS, any remainder of proceeds from sd. sale;
to sd. E. JANE OURS, $200 to be pd. one yr. after testator's death,
funds for sd. pmt. to be raised from proceeds of afsd. sale or the
sale of personalty sufficient to meet bequest.
