Wife SUSANNAH, sons MARCELLUS, EDWARD W., ALVIN, AQUILLA, ELMORE, dau.
AMANDA, children of dau. JULIA ANN. Ex. not named.

Testator desires pmt. of debts and funeral expenses; bequeaths to wife
SUSANNAH, life use of all personalty and all realty in Upshur County
except "a certain boundary thereof" which is bequeathed to son
MARCELLUS; at death of sd. Susannah, realty to youngest son EDWARD,
should he remain at home; after death of sd. Susannah, personalty to
be equally divided among children ALVIN, AQUILLA, ELMORE, MARCELLUS,
and AMANDA; to children of testator's dau. JULIA ANN, $5 to be equally
divided among them; to son MARCELLUS, a tract of land adjoining
Jeremiah Lanham with exception of timber thereon, sd. Marcellus to pay
estate for land at rate of $2.50 per acre, the price to be deducted
from sd. Marcellus' share of personalty.
