Daus. JULIA A. MIDDLETON, ANNE E. BROWN, and ELLEN M. DICKINSON, sons

Testator bequeaths to dau. JULIA A. MIDDLETON, a moiety of farm known
as "Greenberry Point" in Ann Arundel County, Md., also a moiety of
"all personalty thereon with house and kitchen furniture," also $3,000
from sale of land or bonds subject to trust to sd. Julia, or other
trustees as Anne E. Brown may prefer; to dau. ANNE E. BROWN, one
moiety in "Greenberry Point," and personalty thereon to be held in
trust by sd. Julia A. Middleton for the use of sd. Anne E. Brown or
her children, also her equal share of the profits from the farm, sd.
Julia A. Middleton to have full possession and control as trustee; to
dau. ELLEN M. DICKINSON, $5,000 to be held in trust by her husband
James E. Dickinson for the use of sd. Ellen and her children, sd.
bequest to be pd. by exs. from sale of lands or bonds; to son HENRY C.
MIDDLETON,  $1,000 in addition to prior gifts of more than $20,000; to
son JAMES E. MIDDLETON, $5,000 in addition to prior gifts; to grandson
CHARLES BROWN, testator's gold watch; after pmt. of debts and legacies
remainder of estate to be distributed equally among sd. Ellen M.
Dickinson, Anne E. Brown, Julia A., Henry C, and James E. Middleton;
exs. to be allowed 10% commission to care for costs of administration.

Testator had meant in clause one that dau. Julia A. Middleton act as
trustee for Anne E. Brown but gives sd. Anne privilege of naming one
of her own children if she so desires; trustee to have no authority to
dispose of any property without written consent of sd. Anne E. Brown;
trustees to keep account of all funds; land not to be divided without
consent of all heirs; executors to qualify without bond.
