BRIDGET FLANAGAN, ANN CUNNINGHAM, (no relationship shown), 
God-child FRANCIS McDERMOTT, bro. JOHN McDERMOTT. No ex. 
named. 

Testator desires pmt. of funeral expenses; bequeaths to 
wife (not named) all personalty except bequests for life use; 
to heirs of THOMAS McDERMOTT, $1 and prior gifts to sd. Thomas; 
to LEWIS COOL, $1; to JOHN McDERMOTT, $1 and prior gifts; to 
PATRICK McDERMOTT, $1 and prior gifts; to JAMES McDERMOTT JR., 
$1 and prior gifts; to BRIDGET FLANAGAN, $50 and prior gifts; 
to ANN CUNNINGHAM, $50 and prior gifts; to Godchild FRANCIS, 
son of Patrick McDERMOTT, 1 horse, 1 duck, 10 sheep to be 
sold upon death of testator, proceeds to bro. John McDermott 
who is to be guardian and who is to invest money at interest 
until sd. Patrick reaches age of 18; a note held by testator
