ELIZABETH JENNING, and MARIA GREEN. Sons John M., and William 
Loudin, exs. 

Testator desires pmt. of funeral expenses for self and 
wife (not named) and debts; exs. to sell realty and personalty 
and bequests to be pd. from proceeds thereof; bequeaths to 
daus. KATHARINE TETER, JULIA DAWSON, MARGARET HERE, and ELIZA- 
BETH JENNING equal shares of sd. proceeds of sd. sale in addi- 
tion to prior gifts of $50 each; to dau. MARIA GREEN, stove 
"and appurtenances" and prior gift of 50 a. of land.
