Son JAMES WILLIAM FRANKLIN LANDES, dau. not named, step-dau. LOUISA S.
YEATES. Son James W. F. Landes, ex.

Testator bequeaths to son JAMES WILLIAM FRANKLIN LANDES, farm valued
at $1,200, also 1/2 of present crops, also all stock except one horse
and one cow, also all farm equipment, also all "saw timber appraised
to him at valuation," also one half of remaining personalty after pmt.
of debts and funeral expenses; to dau. (not named), one cow, also all
household and kitchen furniture, also 1/2 of remainder of personalty,
also $600 to be pd. by sd. James W. F. Landes to be pd. in annual
pmts. of $100, first pmt. to be made 4 yrs. after testator's death; to
step-dau. LOUISA S. YEATES, $100 to be pd. equally by sd. son and dau.
within 10 yrs. after testator's death, sd. Louisa S. Yeate's to make
her home with sd. James W. P. Landes until she marries.
