Wife SUSAN, daus. MINERVA R. FRETWELL and MELISSA M. 
HODGES, sons ROBERT R., JAMES BROKENBOROUGH, and ALEXANDER 
LEVINESTON HUMPHREY. Son Robert R. Humphrey, ex. 

Testator desires pmt. of debts and funeral expenses from 
personalty; bequeaths to wife SUSAN all realty consisting of 
102 a. on Little Sand Run deeded to testator by James N. Jackson 
and Watson Westfall, also all personalty after pmt. of debts; 
sd. bequest to be shared with dau. MINERVA R. FRETWELL as long 
as she remains with sd. Susan; at death of sd. Susan, realty and 
personalty to be sold and proceeds to be distributed equally 
among children of testator ROBERT R. HUMPHREY, JAMES BROKENBOROUGH 
HUMPHREY, ALEXANDER LEVINESTON HUMPHREY, MELISSA M. HODGES, and 
sd. Minerva R. Fretwell.
