Wife ELIZABETH, sons JACOB L., ABRAM C, JOHN D. , WILLIAM M., other
heirs (relationship not shown) JOSEPH CRITES, ABRAM CRITES, MARY
CRITES, CATHERINE CRITES, REBECCA CRITES, LUCINDA ESKEW, MAHALA DEAN,
heirs of ELIZABETH LINGER. No ex. named.

Testator bequeaths to son JACOB L. CRITES, 100 a. of land on right
hand fork of Buckhannon River including his residence; to son ABRAM C.
CRITES, mill and 15 a. of land "including the channel of Buckhannon
River from the mouth of Ben's Run to the mill dam, and lying on the
west bank of sd. river"; to sons JOHN D. and WILLIAM M. CRITES, equal
division of all improved and unimproved land east of the Buckhannon
River; to JOSEPH CRITES, ABRAM CRITES, MARY CRITES, CATHERINE CRITES
and REBECCA CRITES, equal division of unsold land west of Buckhannon
River; to wife ELIZABETH CRITES, home farm and proceeds therefrom, all
household furniture "including stove"; sd. Mary, Catherine, and
Rebecca Crites to live at home and receive support from farm until
they marry; to LUCINDA ESKEW, $250; to MAHALA DEAN, one cow; to heirs
of ELIZABETH LINGER, $130 each when they reach age of 21; pmt. to be
made equally by John D. and William M. Crites.
