Children EDWARD HADDEN BRAKE, REBECCA FITZGERALD, ELIZA BRAKE, GEORGE
W. BRAKE, JACOB L. B. BRAKE, DAVID J. BRAKE, and MARY POST, heirs of
LEONARD J. BRAKE, deceased. Jacob L. B. Brake, ex.

Testator bequeaths all personalty and home and 50 a. of land to
children EDWARD HADDEN BRAKE, REBECCA FITZGERALD, and ELIZA BRAKE
providing they care for testator during life and provide him with
"medicine, whiskey, food and clothing and all comforts"; remainder of
land to be sold after testator's death for pmt. of debts and funeral
expenses, any remaining proceeds of sd. sale to be equally divided
among children EDWARD H., GEORGE W., JACOB L. B., DAVID J. BRAKE,
heirs of LEONARD J. BRAKE, MARY POST, REBECCA FITZGERALD, and ELIZA
BRAKE.

Teste., J. Teter, William S. Gum, Joab Crites.

Notation: David J. Brake objected to recording of will on ground that
testator was not of sound mind. Motion was overruled.
