BENNETT, ISAIAH M., Upshur County, W. Va., 2 Sept. 1876; 
Oct. term, 1876. 

Wife MARY E., son CHARLES J. C. BENNETT, bros. SILAS W., 
and 0. E. BENNETT. 0. E. Bennett, ex. 

Testator desires pmt. of debts and funeral expenses; 
within 2 years after death of testator all realty and person- 
alty to be sold; to wife MARY E. BENNETT, interest on 1/3 of 
proceeds from sd. sale, also $500; to son CHARLES J. C. 
BENNETT, interest on remainder of proceeds of sd. sale, prin- 
cipal to be used for his education if guardian so desires; 
when sd. Charles J. C. reaches legal age, he is to receive 
l/3 of principal, the remainder to be pd. in equal install- 
ments when he reaches 22 and 23 yrs.; in case sd. Charles J. C. 
die without issue, then estate equally to bros. SILAS W. 
and 0. E. BENNETT or survivor if one of them be dead; if 
both are dead then estate to their heirs; upon death of sd. 
Mary E. Bennett, her estate to sd. CHARLES J. C. in pmts. as 
provided in his bequest or if sd. Charles J. C. be dead, then 
her estate to Silas W. and 0. E. Bennett as before provided.
