D. BEAN, 40 a. "on which he now resides"; to son GABRIEL BEAN, 
$100 less $25, the price of a cow; to wife JULIA A. BEAN, the 
"mill property" and 1/2 of the home farm; to sd. JULIA A. and 
ELIZABETH M., equal division of personalty, farm implements,
