Son of Lafayette DeBarr and Mary Ellen Radabaugh, the daughter of Isaac Radabaugh, His father was soldier in Company E, 4th West Virginia Cavalry, lives at Ten Mile and is a pensioner. The subject of this sketch has two sisters, Ida and Lona. His education is practical, having been acquired in active work on saw mills, railroads and other public enterprises. He is now engaged in the saw mill business as partner of Andrew Beer. They own a portable mill, which does sawing by contract for whomsoever will pay them the most.
