Suprie, John    (Slavish; 5 yrs exper; age 33; Married; 2 Children)

     July 3, 1906. John Suprie, Sandlick Mine, was mining and had a loose 
     end of breast coal which fell on him. He had been warned by his 
     partner that the coal was not safe.
