Saunders, Nuster

     July 11, 1903. Nuster Saunders, Plymonth Mine, was coming out with
     loaded car and in some way he was caught between top and coal in
     car, crushing his head.

     Sep. 26, 1903. George Coleman, Pocatalico Mine, had a standing shot,
     and did not sprag or post same and the slate fell on him.

Lawson, Wade

     June 10, 1904. Wade Lawson, Plymouth Mine, had been in a room after
     a loaded car and was coming out, walking ahead of his mules, when a
     piece of slate fell on him.

Sterne, W. L.

     Sep. 25, 1903. W. L. Sterne was walking along the main line and was
     run over by a locomotive going to the Otto-Marmet C. & M. Co's
     mines. He was deaf and dumb, and was walking along track with his
     lantern in his hand, but it was not lighted. He was employed as a
     section hand, but was not on duty and the accident occurred after
     dark.

Woodson, Alfred

     June 1, 1904. Alfred Woodson, Pocatalico Mine, was employed as a
     driver. He was shot by a miner, inside of the mine, four times with
     a revolver.
