Baisi, Andy     (Slavish; 5 months exper; age 35; Married)

     September 19, 1905; died February 2, 1900. Andy Baisi. Richard Mine, 
     was killed by a fall of bone coal. This accident was found by the Mine 
     Inspector to have been caused by putting up props without cap pieces on.
