Hubbs, Richard L.    (American; 6 months exper; age 18; Single)

     August 23, 1906, died August 26, 1906. Richard L. Hubbs, Gleason Mine, 
     was shifting railroad car and the brake stick broke, causing him to 
     fall between the cars and he was caught by the draw heads.
