First it is my Will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease. Also I direct that there be a good and respectable head and foot Stone be put to my grave and also at the decease of my beloved wife Mary R. Snoderly the same to her grave. Also I direct that my dear old mother Elisabeth Snod- erly be kepted and taken care of the same as when I was living. Also I direct that my beloved wife Mary R. Snoderley have the use and controlling to the best of her ability all of the real and personal estate, Stock of all kinds grain in ground and granary and all of the vegetables for the use and keeping of the family as long as she remains my widow. At the time that she ceases to be my widow by death or otherwise. I Also direct that George Snoderley my second heir be given the real estate with the exception of the Snoderly grave yard as it is known which shall be for the use of all of the Snoderleys as a burying ground to be kepted and used in that way as they think best. By heir George Snoderley my second heir paying five hundred dollars to Sarah Snoderley my older heir and also five hundred dollars to Clara Snoderley my fourth heir. Also I direct that there be given to Clarence Snoderley my third heir fifteen hundred dollars in cash. Also I direct that there be given to Florence Barsha Snoderley my fifth and last heir five hundred dollars in cash. Also I direct that if my wife Mary R. Snoderley remains my widow up to death that she be buried respectably and all her funeral expenses be paid. Also I direct that all of the residue if there be any shall be equally divided amond my living heirs after the distribution as above mentioned. Also I Direct that my executors collect my money in cord put it in a safe place in interest and in case my wife Mary R. Snoderley should need interest as a part of the interest for the use and keeping of the family that she can have it. And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife and Isaac C. Snoderly to be the executors of this my will hereby revoking all other wills legacies and be- quests by me heretofore made. And declairing this and no other to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Sixth day of April in the year one thousand and eight hun- dred and eighty three. Snoderly and of the executors therein named and offered for probate and the execution of said paper writing according to law being proven by the tetimony under oath of John Snod- erly and William Boord two of the subscribing witnesses thereto, the said paper writing was this day admitted to record as and for the true last will and testament of the said Joseph Snoderly, deceased.
