Thirdly I do give to my son Genus Danly the balance of my plantation to have and to hold unto him and his heirs forever. Likewise after my wife Martha decease I do give and bequeath her third part of my units to Genus Danly to him and his heirs forever. I do further desire and direct that my son Genus shall pay my two sons Simeon and Stephen two hundred dollars a piece in annual payments after my decease, one hundred dollars to be paid to Stephen one year after my death to him or his heirs, and in two years one hundred more and in three years one hundred dollars to Simeon Danly to him or his heirs and in four years, one hundred dollars which is to them and their heirs for their shears of my estate both real and personal Lastly I do give to my wife Martha all of my personal property except on bay horse which I give to my grand son Jonathan Danly to him and his heirs forever.
