NAME:  Richard (Dick) Kesling
AGE:   50
CITY/COUNTY/STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Fairmont, WV
DEATH/PLACE:  at home, unexpectedly (January 5, 1972)
SURVIVORS:  a wife, a son in Allentown, PA; a daughter in New Orleans.
OTHER INFORMATION:  He received his degree from WVU in 1942. Employed by
   Owens-Illinois Glass Company in Fairmont as Asst Personnel Director.
   Attended high school in Shinnston, where he starred in athletics.
   During his WVU years, he played a forward position for the Mountaineers
   and was instrumental in their stunning upset of Long Island U. in the
   first round of the 1942 NIT.
CAUSE OF DEATH:  apparent heart attack
