BROTHER:  One brother is deceased. 
GRANDCHILDREN:  Five grandchildren 
                and five great-grandchildren survive.

BURIAL LOCATION:  Mt. Calvary Cemetery near Morgantown

    She was a member of the Main Street United Methodist Church 
    in Farmington; member of the Farmington Homemakers Club; 
    member of the Auxiliary to the Marion County Medical Society.
