Dennis Shamblin, Elk Manor Mine, went in the mine with his brother. Driver pulled his loaded car and left an empty on entry. Shamblin must have attempted to switch car off of entry into room and car must have got beyond his control, or else he stumbled and car passed upon his body, breaking his neck.
