(By Associated Press) Waukesha, Wis., Feb. 24 - FRANK R. BROWER, 80, retired lake captain, died here today. For 40 years, he was captain on various passenger boats, chiefly the Lucille, which sank between Sandusky and Toledo, but partly due to Captain BROWER'S heroism, with no loss of life. Summer resorters remember him as master of the excursion boat, A. B. Barker, which plied between Ashland and Bayfield on Lake Superior. ===========================================================================
