                        Former Harbor Master Dies
                        
              Racine - CAPT. PETER J. SOLBERG, a former lake
            captain sailing out of Racine and Milwaukee and
            former harbor master here, died in a Chicago
            hospital following an operation. He was 53 years
            old and was of recent years in the government 
            service as lighthouse inspector.
