CAPT. F. M. KNAPP, pioneer lake captain and dredge ownder died on Saturday in St. Paul, where he had been spending the winter with his daughter. He was born in New York 86 years ago and came to Racine in 1854. He is survived by one son and two daughters. He was a member of the Great Lakes Dredge and Dock company and at one time connected with the J. I. Case Threshing Machine company.
