              Veteran Lake Captain Dies
                In Milwaukee.
                
              Milwaukee - (AP) - CAPTAIN FRANK (BUD)
            RICHARDSON, a veteran of 60  years on the
            Great Lakes when he retired in 1939, died
            at his home last night. He took over his
            first command in 1883, the youngest master
            on the lakes at 21.
