FRAZER DEAD ----------------- Capt. JAMES FRAZER, well known on the lakes, died at Milwaukee Tuesday. He was 63 years of age, and had been sailing since he was 16 years old. For 25 years he was in the employ of E. M. PECK, of Detroit, having commanded the Amazon, Minneapolis, E. M. Peck and S. R. Kirby. He left the Kirby two years ago at Ash- tabula. A week ago he took command of the steamer City of Fremont, of the Hurson Line. He caught a severe cold last Saturday, which resulted in his death. Capt. FRAZER was unusually well liked and had sailed on the lakes for 47 years, latterly in command of the highest classed tonnage.. ===========================================================================
