              Engineer THOS. CARRIGAN, who for many years has 
            handled the throttle on the tug Leslie, died here
            Thursday after a short illness. The funeral was 
            held Sunday under the auspices of the Chicago
            Licensed Tugmen, of which deceased was a long
            and honored member.
