Will of  James Pucket

I, James Pucket of South Carolina Laurens County Saluday River

Being in my perfict Senies & Memory though at present in a Vary Lor State of heth at prefsent & having taken into Confidaration that one day all flefsh must die and go to Judgement I tharefore leive my Soule to God who give it and my Body to the grave whare my Executors shall think gos Convanent to say it and as for my warley goods I dispose of thise that Distribution may be maid of them as the folling Line will paynt out

furstly I give and Bequath my lands to be Equaly Devided amounghts all my Childrin onley Susfanah Pinfson an Jene Beasley

as for John pinson and Sufsanah his wife is to have the plantation whare on thay Now live fore thare parts of land and it being the S.d land and primises that I maid a Deed of gift to my grand sun Joel Pinson and Sufsanah my Daughter is to have that Land and primises thare Lifetime and then to my grand sun Joel pinson

According to the Deed of gift onley the appel orched to stand as it is in the Deed of Gift till my sun James is of the age of Eaighteen then to be sold at the Value and the money divided amounght all the Childrin Viz.

I give and to my two grand Childrin Nanfey Beafsley and Chainey Besfsley the tract of land that would have Bin Gun Beafsleys part or thareabouts with shall be the Number of Acres that is in the tract that said Deed of gift is fur to be Run or said along S.d line Beginning at John pinsons Corner towards the wefst Running out South and then down the Cals? of the Creek to the Widow Cruns line

John Beafsley and his wife is to have that land thare lifetime and it thay see cause to live on it But Not to sell and thento faule to the two Children above mentioned & if Either of the Children Dies without an are the othr to have the Land

and that the S.d John & Jeen Befsley is to have twenty Shillings & that is to be thare part of my Property & John and Sufsanah Pinson is to have twenty shillings and that is to be thare parte with what thay have had

I give and Bequath the rest of my land to be Equaly Divided the other Childrin Richard and Dabney & Neeley Jueens & James togather with all my other property such as Hack of all kind house furniture and utensionls

onley Jueens My Daughter is to have three pounds lefs for a saddle the haf she has got

and I appoynt Dabney my Exector togather with Neeley

and the Negros if thay Live till James comes to be Eaighteen years then to be Diveded Betwext Dabney Richard Neeley and Jueens and James and what eath shall be found after my Just Debts are paid if any to be Equaley Devided Betwict the last mentioned Childrin
