         CAPT. ROBERT J. CROWLEY, 71, one of the
       best known residents of Lorain, O., and a
       well known vessel master, died at his home
       from hemorrhage. CAPT. CROWLEY sailed the
       lakes for more than twenty-five years, and
       for many years was in the employ of the
       Richardson fleet. His last command was the
       steamer Romania.
