Locke. The document is dated August 24, 1903, and was witnessed by Harry T. Ramsdell, George A. Bensley and Frank W. Saunders, the last named having drawn the will. Robert L. Fryer, president of the Manufacturers and Traders Bank, and Frederick L. Pratt are appointed sole executors and trustees under the will. The will directs that the household effects and furniture be distributed among the children in a manner agreed upon by them. The will also gives $5,000 to each grandchild surviving the testator. Franklin D. Locke receives $3,000 and $2,000 goes to each of the children of the late Edward P. Beals. Two coachmen, named William O'Rourke and Thomas Rafter, are also given $500 each. To Pascal Pratt Fryer and Pascal Pratt Jones, grandsons, are bequeathed the watches of Mr. Pratt. CHILDREN SHARE ALIKE The residue of the personal property will be divided into seven equal shares, one of which each child of the testator will receive. Out of the share of each daughter $50,000 is to be held in trust for her during her life and is subject to her disposition by will. The testator also directs that all the real estate be held in trust and con- verted into money, which shall be held during the lives of Frederick L. Pratt and Samuel F. Pratt, but not to ex- ceed a term of fifteen years. The children of the testator are Frederick L. Pratt, Mrs. John Miller Horton, Mrs. Annie Pratt Chittenden, Mrs. Melissa Pratt Fryer, Samuel F. Pratt of Alden, N.Y., Mrs. Emma Pratt Jones and Edward P. Pratt of Kansas City. Mrs. Pratt died before her hus- band.
