                    The will of the late Catherine
                  O. Roche of Scipio was offered for
                  probate in Surrogate's Court to-
                  day.  The value of the estate was
                  not given.
                    The provisions of the will are:

                  my appreciation for his kindness to
                  my family";  Rev. Edward J.

                  Byrne, Scipio, $50;  James Roche,

                  Mry Cunnan, cousin, Auburn,
                  $25;  Julia Byrne, Scipio, niece,
                  $300;  St. Bernard's Church,
                  Scipio, $50; for masses, $150;
                  Dennis Byrne, Scipio, grand-
                  nephew, $50 and designated per-
                  sonal effects.
