That the said deceased left said Margaret Conran his widow: that he left the following kindred to wit: said Widow, Margaret Conran, son William of full age residing in Scipio aforesaid, son James of full age, " " " ", son John of full age, " " Ledyard county of Cayuga. That in the opinion of your petitioner, the whole amount of the Personal Property left by the said deceased will not exceed in value the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars. Sworn before me, this 27th day of January 1879. } William Conran James H Baker } James Conran Notary Public John Conran - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - We, the undersigned heirs of John Conran deceased, late of the Town of Scipio, County of Cayuga & State of New York, hereby submit the following as the inventory of Goods & Chattels set off to the widow by Statute and consent that said Goods & Chattels be set off to Margaret Conran, widow of said John Conran dec'd as follows to wit Two Cooking Stoves, One Parlor Stove, Family Bible, all pictures belonging to said dec'd, One Cow, 2 Hogs, all pork on hand, three beds & bedding, all cooking utensils, clothing of said Widow and of dec'd, three tables, one bereau, 1 Doz Chairs, 1 Sofa, all dishes, all crockery ware, 1 churn, all tin ware, lamp and all other house hould furniture belonging to said deceased, Ten fowls, Four Turkeys, One Horse, 2 Single Harness, One Democrat Wagon, One Lumber one horse wagon, One Buffalo Robe, 1 Horse Blanket, One Cutter, One plow, One Drag, One Cultivator, Lot Hay in barn, 15 bushels corn in ears, Twenty Bushel of potatoes, Lot wood on premises of Henry Marsh in tree, cider barrel, barrel of cider, ladder, all forks, hoes and shovels, scythes, snaths and axes of said deceased, wood in house, all grain bags. In addition to the foregoing One Hundred and Fifty Dollars in cash.
