Tuesday, November 27, 1979 Walter B. O'Herron Walter B. O'Herron, 81 of Center Street, Scipio Center, New York, died Monday, No- vember 26, 1979, in Auburn Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Mr. O'Herron was born in the town of Scipio and has resided there all of his life. He was a retired dairy farmer. He also was employed by the New York State Department of Transportaion. He was a communicant of St. Bernard's Church in Scipio Center and a member of its Holy Name Society. Surviving are: four nephews, Frederick Flynn, Auburn, John B. Flynn, Scipio Center, William Tierney, Binghamton, George Tierney, Auburn, one niece, Mrs. Myles (Eva) Colgan, Genoa. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 28, 1979, at 8:30 a.m. at the Shakelton Funeral Home, Main Street, Aurora, N.Y., and at 9 a.m. in St. Bernard's Church, Scipio Center where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Robert Egan, the pastor. In- terment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Shakelton Funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. this evening. Vigil services will be conducted at 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home by Father Egan. ===========================================================================
