About a year ago, because of her failing health, Mrs. Keeley, hoping that a change would improve her health, came to live with her daughter. Since coming here she had been unable to leave the house. Her condition gradually became worse and of late no hopes were held for her recovery. For many years, Mrs. Keeley lived in Syracuse, where she was well known. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Richard Corcoran and Mrs. Mae Conway of Syracuse, and by a son James Keeley of New York; also two sisters, Miss Anna Flynn of Inglewood, Cal and Mrs. C. S. Porter of Penfield, N.Y.; by two brothers, James Flynn of Ingelwood Cal. and Joseph Flynn of Fleming. The funeral will take place from her home, 32 1/2 Parker Street at 9 o'clock Monday morning with services at St. Mary's Church at 9:30. Burial will be in St. Agnes' Cemetery, Syracuse.
