         Funeral services for FREDERICK J. WITHERELL,
       70, native of Port Huron who died Monday in
       Detroit, will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday in
       St. Stephen Catholic church.
         Rev. Edward J. DeMars, pastor, will officate.
         Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
