CURRIE LAID TO REST Funeral of Veteran Lake Captain Held on Sunday Many Beautiful Floral Tributes Were Sent by Friends CAPT. THOMAS CURRIE was laid to rest in Lakeside cemetery Sunday afternoon. The re- mains were carried to the grave by a number of his former associates, many of whom had sailed on the great lakes with him for years. At the request of the family the services were private in their nature. The services were conducted under the auspices of the Masons, of which organization the deceased was a member. Rev. D. H. DASCOMB preached the funeral sermon.
