               ST. CLAIR
               
               Poorhouse at Goodell's Station on the C. & G. T. Ry. -
             Is practically a three story building because of its high
             basement; is fairly well planned, but poorly built. Has
             been much improved during the last few years; good bathing
             facilities, water supply, drainage and ventilation have
             been secured.
