                       Alleged He Has Three Wives
                       
                 Port Huron, Mich., Sept. 12. - HARRY BELL,
               a marine engineer, home Marine City, has
               been arrested on a charge of bigamy. The
               warrant alleges that he deserted a wife in
               London some ten years ago, and soon after
               coming to America married a Port Huron girl.
               Seven years ago he is accused of again mar-
               rying without having been divorced from
               either of the first two. Wives No. 2 and
               3 live in Marine City. BELL refused to
               plead in the police court.
