              Probate Court
              
              The following is the record of proceedings
            of the Probate Court for St. Clair county
            since our last report:
            
              Estate of JOSEPH DETRICK, deceased. Order
            of distribution entered.
            
              Estate of LAURA M. GARDNER, deceased.
            Warrant and inventory received and filed.
            
              Estate of MARY HEWIT, deceased. Petition
            for appointment of Administrator received,
            filed and order of publication issued.
            
              Estate of JAMES LEE, deceased. Appraisers'
            warrant and inventory received and filed.
            
              Estate of GEORGE W. BURNETT, deceased.
            Affidavit of publication received and filed.
            Administrators appointed, bond ordered and
            time for settling estate allowed. Commission-
            ers and Appraisers appointed.
            
              Estate of HORATION NELSON, deceased. Ap-
            praisers appointed and warrants issued.
            
              Estate of ANDREW J. GREINIS, deceased. Will
            allowed, Executors appointed and bond ordered.
            Bond received and filed and letters issued.
            
              In the matter of the adoption of KATY B-
            B. BECKWITH and change of name to KATY B-
            B. MARSHALL. Order for personal service on
            the father of said child received and filed.
            Hearing and order of adoption ordered.
            
              Estate of ISAAC S. MUDGE, deceased. Peti-
            tion for further allowance to widow. Read
            and filed and allowance granted.
            
              Estate of ARNOLD KINNEY, deceased. Answer
            of Executor of said estate to petition of
            DRUSSELLA KINNEY received and filed. Stipu-
            lation of Executor and DRUSSELLA KINNEY as
            to facts, received and filed and hearing
            adjourned.
