CHARLES EICHHORN, manufacturer of cigars, and dealer in cigars, tobacco and pipes, billiard hall, wines and liquers, is a native of Germany, and was born in Alsbach, Hesse-Darmstadt, May 24, 1835. Upon reaching manhood, he emigrated to the United States in 1856, coming to Port Huron in the same year, and began working at his trade. In 1864, he started his present business in his present location, and has a good trade. He is a member of the I. O. O. F., K. of P., and the German Aid Society. He married Miss MARY BACHERS, a native of Wiesbaden, Germany, February 11, 1859.
