The True Northener (Paw Paw, MI)

           MRS. SARAH J. COLLINS, of Muskegon,
         the wife of Sheriff FRED J. COLLINS,
         wanted on a charge of having aided
         and abetted JOE BODNAR, of Detroit,
         and JOHN BROWN, of Chicago, in mak-
         ing their escape from the Muskegon
         county jail, fled but was found at
         Jackson.

          Forgetfulness of MRS. FRED J. COLLINS,
        jail matron and wife of the sheriff of
        Muskegon county, who left the jail door
        unlocked, was responsible for the es-
        cape of two of the most important pri-
        soners, locked up in the county jail.
