Esick Green Kate McShannock Deceased Dep'y Register State of Michigan County of Muskegon} At a session of the Probate Court for said County, held at the Probate Office, in the City of Muskegon on the 19th day of February in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety four. Present, Stephen A. Aldrich, Judge of Probate In the matter of the estate of Esick Green, Deceased. This day having been appointed for hearing the petition of Eli Green and Martha M. Witherell praying this Court, for the reasons therein stated to adjudicate and determine who were at the time of his death, the lawful heirs of said deceased and their respective rights in and to the real estate whereof said deceased died seized and also to determine who are now lawfully entitled to the same and the share or portion of each and it satisfactorily appearing by due proof on file that a copy of the order of this Court for the hearing of said petition has been duly published as therein directed whereby all persons interested in the premises were duly notified of the time and place of said hearing. And it further satisfactorily appearing to the Court, after a full hearing and examination in the premises that said deceased departed this life in said petition alleged and that he died seized of the following described real estate situated in said State and County and that the descrption of each parcel thereof and of the whole of said real estate is as follows to wit: The west 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section twenty five (25) Town nine (9) North Range fourteen (14) West. And it surther satisfactorily appearing to the Court that at the time of his death the following named persons were the lawful heirs of said deceased and entitled by the laws of this State to inherit said real estate in the following proportions viz: Eli Green, son of deceased an undivided 1/2 of the within described real estate and to Martha M. Witherell daughter of deceased an undivided 1/2 interest in said above described real estate. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by this Courth that at the time of his death the above named persons were the lawful heirs of said deceased and entitled by the laws of this State to inherit his said real estate in the proportions above specified and that the following named persons, as such heirs-at-law or their heirs and assigns are now the lawful owners of said lands and entitled to the same in the following proportions viz: To Eli Green son of deceased and undivided 1/2 interest in and to said above described real estate and to Martha M. Witherell daughter of deceased and undivided 1/2 interes in and to said above described real estate. Stephen A. Aldrich, Judge of Probate State of Michigan } Probate Court for said County County of Muskegon} I, Nellie Conklin, Register of the Probate Court for said County, do hereby certify that I have composed the foregoing copy of an order declaring Eli Green and Martha M. Witherell the sole heirs of Esick Green deceased and entitled to the real estate left by deceased with the original record thereof now remaining in this office, and that the same is a correct transcript therefrom and of the whole of such original record.
