SIMMONS who was drowned in Lake Huron when the steamer KALIYUGA went down with all hands on board in the recent storm. Mr. SIMMONS was born in this city and resided here until five years ago. He has recently made his home in Milwau- kee with his mother and Mrs. FURNISS whose only support he was. It was reported that his body was recovered Saturday but friends here were unable to obtain direct informa- tion. =========================================================================
